By leaving your item with Personá Gifts & Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged while in our possession, we will, at our discretion, repair the damaged item to your satisfaction, replace the item if reasonably possible, or reimburse you for an amount that does not exceed the declared value stated above. - We shall not be responsible for items left for over 60 days. Please make sure to collect your item within this time frame, or contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
- We reserve the right to decline any request for personalization that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
- While we will take every care to ensure that your item is personalized to your specifications, we cannot guarantee an exact match of color, font, or design due to the nature of the personalization process.
- We reserve the right to use photographs of your personalized item for promotional purposes, unless you expressly request otherwise.
