1. Eligibility: This casting call and giveaway are open to men and women ages 18-40. For children ages 3 and up, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and complete all forms and contract details. Participation for children will only proceed upon approval, following Personá Gifts & Co.’s CEO policies, conduct agreements, and permissions.
2. Entry Requirements: Participants must follow all steps outlined under How to Enter to qualify. Bonus entries will be counted if participants share the post in their stories and tag @TheBombManShop & @PersonaGiftsCo.
3. Winner Selection System: Winners will be chosen at random using a verified, third-party randomizer tool to ensure fairness and transparency. For the casting call, selections will be made based on specific criteria, including confidence, charisma, and alignment with our brand’s aesthetic. All decisions are final.
4. Notification: Winners for the giveaway will be announced via Instagram stories on Wednesday at 6 PM EST. Casting call selections will be contacted via direct message or email within [7 days] of the deadline.
5. Prize Claims: Winners must respond within [48 hours] to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. Content Rights: By participating, entrants agree to allow Personá Gifts & Co.® to use their image and content submitted as part of the casting call or giveaway for promotional purposes.
7. Liability Release: Personá Gifts & Co.® is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other circumstances that may interfere with participation.
8. Privacy: Personal data collected for this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and casting call and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Disqualification: Entries that do not meet these rules or that violate Instagram’s community guidelines will be disqualified.
